About me: I am born and raised in Hawke’s Bay, and I have been married for 23 years with 3 young adult children. I have worked in the rural industry for 30 years starting at Williams and Kettle in 1994, then moving to a supplier Territory managers role. Hawke’s Bay is a central point for our primary industries, Agriculture, Horticulture, Viticulture, Cropping, Dairy, Deer, Sheep and Beef. Hawke’s Bay is also a haven for the outdoors, a passion I love and share with my family. Within 35 minutes I am hunting in the Ruahine rangers, flyfishing on the Tutaekuri river, or out on the boat fishing, spearfishing or diving for kaimoana.

My role: I am currently a Territory manager for Agritrade covering the East Coast from Gisborne, through Hawke’s Bay, down to Martinborough. My focus is to help educate our rural retailer customers, and our farming community, what the best animal health practices are to fit in with various farming systems.

Something about me that might surprise you: In one year running a Bootcamp self-improvement fitness class as a PT, my clients lost a combined total weight of 860kgs. Although the total weight lost was astronomical, the changes in their attitude towards food, exercise, family, loved ones and life was one of the most inspiring things to be a part of.
