VETMED NATIONAL PROMOTION 2025 TERMS & CONDITIONS
Definitions:
In this document, the following words have the following meanings:
- “Account” means a monthly PGG Wrightson Limited Customer Account or Web Account held by a customer.
- “Agritrade” means Agritrade (a trading division of PGG Wrightson Limited).
- “Eligible Entrant” means a holder of an Account.
- “PGW” means PGG Wrightson Limited.
- “Prize Draw” means the prize draws anticipated by these Terms and Conditions, where an entrant is randomly drawn as the winner of a prize and comprises the five monthly draws of an Honest Wolf “The Weekender” bag and the single draw for the $10,000 House of Travel voucher.
- “Promotion” means the promotion set out in these Terms and Conditions.
- “Promotional Period” means the period from 11 June 2025 to 31 October 2025.
- Qualifying Vetmed Products means Triplemax Oral, Triplemax Sheep Oral, Triplemax iTape Oral, Combomax Oral, Bimax Oral, Dualmax Pour-on, Epimax Pour-on, Abamectin Pour-on, Moxidectin Oral, Moxidectin Pour-on, Flumethrin Pour-on, Levamisole Pour-on, Clomax Oral, Cyromax Spray-on and Cyromax Liquid.
Terms:
- To be eligible for a Prize Draw, you must purchase a minimum of 1L of Qualifying Vetmed Product from PGW during the Promotional Period on your Account. You will receive one entry for every litre purchased during the Promotional Period. (E.g., 20L drum = 20 entries). Open to Account holders only, no entries will be given for cash sales made in-store.
- There is no limit on the number of entries per Eligible Entrant. At the time of each draw, all entries received to date during the Promotional Period will be included.
- There is one $10,000 House of Travel voucher to be won plus a monthly winner of an Honest Wolf “The Weekender” bag in Midnight/Brown with Vetmed branding (one bag to be won in June, July, August, September and October 2025). The winners will not receive their prize until PGW receives full payment for all qualifying Vetmed items purchased on the winner’s Account during the Promotional Period, and the Account is paid up to date at that time. If at any time before delivery of a prize to a winner, the winner’s Account is not paid up to date, Agritrade may cancel that winner’s entry and carry out a new Prize Draw for the prize.
- The main prize winner will receive 4x $2500 House of Travel vouchers (totaling $10,000) – refer to House of Travel Gift Cards- Give the Gift of Travel for Gift Card Terms & Conditions.
- A Prize Draw will be carried out in Agritrade’s head office, or any other location determined by Agritrade. The winners will be contacted by telephone by a representative of Agritrade via the contact details held in PGW’s database. A winner will be drawn at or after the end of each month for the monthly prize of a “The Weekender” bag. The Prize Draw for the $10,000 House of Travel voucher will be drawn in November 2025.
- Entries relating to Qualifying Vetmed Products will be cancelled if the Products are returned. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
- Decisions of Agritrade on all aspects of a Prize Draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Agritrade reserves the right to cancel, or modify any aspect of, the Promotion at any time.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Agritrade and PGW exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this Promotion and use of a prize, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under PGW or Agritrade’s control); any theft, unauthorised access, third party interference, or any occurrence, damage or additional cost whatsoever that occurs as a result of redeeming a prize; any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after its receipt by Agritrade) due to any reason; or for any failure of PGW to supply Agritrade with the information necessary for an entry to be made into a Prize Draw.
- The winners consent to PGW and Agritrade sharing their Account and other personal information with one another to facilitate the running of this promotion. Agritrade and PGW collect and hold and share with one another entrants’ personal information solely for the purpose of conducting this specific Prize Draw Promotion and will only use or disclose personal information in connection with this specific Prize Draw Promotion. Prior to receiving a Prize, the winner may be required to show proof of identity, for example, their passport or driver’s license.
- Winners consent to Agritrade and PGW using their name, city of residence and/or photograph for promotional purposes in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration.
- Employees (and their immediate family) of Agritrade, Nexan Corporation Limited /Vetmed, PGW or any related company of these, as determined by Agritrade are excluded from entry into this promotion and are ineligible to win any prize.
